Inspiring Leadership, Equity, and Change

As a speaker, I love sharing stories that inspire leadership and spark meaningful change. My lived experiences as a Black female leader have shaped how I approach equity, inclusion, and community-driven solutions. I use storytelling to connect with audiences, offering fresh perspectives on navigating leadership with authenticity and purpose.
Whether I’m delivering a keynote, moderating a panel, or sharing an author reading, I aim to leave audiences with practical insights and a sense of possibility. For me, it’s about more than sharing ideas—it’s about creating space for honest conversations and inspiring others to take action.

One of my favorite experiences is sharing I Am Cherished with audiences of all ages. For children, my readings are interactive celebrations of identity and diversity. For parents and educators, they’re opportunities to explore inclusion and empathy. And for professionals, the book’s themes of resilience and belonging resonate deeply within leadership and workplace dynamics.

I’ve been honored to receive recognition like the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Award for Social Change and to be named one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100. But what matters most to me is creating connections—helping people see themselves in stories and empowering them to create meaningful change.
